1. Information We Collect

To generate your astrology report, we ask you for:

• Gender
• Date of birth
• Time of birth (optional — you can mark it as unknown)
• Place of birth (city/town you type in)
• The question or topic you want your reading to focus on

We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, phone number, home address, or any government ID at any point in this app.

When you generate a report, an anonymous, randomly generated identifier is created and saved in your browser's local storage. This identifier is not linked to your real identity in any way — it exists only so that you can view your report history on the same device and browser later. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, this identifier — and your ability to see past reports — is lost.

2. How We Use Your Information

The birth details and question you provide are used solely to:

• Generate your personalized AI astrology report
• Show you a preview before payment, and the full report after
• Let you view your past reports on the same device via your anonymous ID
• Generate a downloadable PDF copy of your report when you request one

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond generating and delivering your report.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

To provide this service, some of your information is shared with the following third parties, solely for the purpose of delivering the app's functionality:

• OpenAI — your birth details and question are sent to OpenAI's API to generate the text of your astrology report. OpenAI processes this data under its own privacy and data-use terms.
• Razorpay — used to process payment for report unlocks. We do not see, handle, or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay processes and secures all payment information directly.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other third party, advertiser, or data broker.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

This app uses a small number of technical, functional cookies (for session handling and security) that are required for the app to work correctly — not for tracking or advertising. We also use your browser's local storage to remember your anonymous ID and, for convenience, the birth details you've entered so the form can be pre-filled if you return.

5. Data Retention

Generated reports are stored on our servers, linked only to your anonymous device ID, so you can revisit them later through the History feature. If you'd like a report deleted, you can contact us using the details below.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you provide, including secure transmission and rate-limiting to prevent abuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children. It is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or who have the consent of a parent or guardian.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
