Every report on this app is written entirely by artificial intelligence. It is not written, checked, or approved by a human astrologer. AI-generated content can be wrong, inconsistent, or misleading — please read Section 3 before relying on anything in your report.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AI Astrology Report (the "app", "we", "us"). By using this app, generating a report, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. What This App Does
This app collects birth details and a question from you, sends them to an AI model, and returns a Vedic-astrology-style report generated by that AI. Reports are intended purely for entertainment, guidance, and personal reflection.
2. Not a Real Astrologer
No human astrologer reviews, writes, or verifies any part of your report. Every placement, prediction, and piece of advice in your report — including your stated Moon sign, Ascendant, Nakshatra, and planetary period — is generated by an AI language model based on patterns in text, not by real astronomical calculation or human expertise.
3. AI Can Be Wrong — Read This Before You Act On Anything
AI-generated text can be inaccurate, generic, contradictory, or simply incorrect, even when it sounds confident. We do not guarantee that anything in your report is accurate, true, or will actually happen. You should not treat your report as certain, and you should not follow everything in it. Use your own judgment, and treat the report as a source of reflection — not instruction.
Your report is not, and must never be treated as, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. For any real decision in these areas, please consult a qualified, licensed professional.
4. No Guarantees
We make no promises about the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any report, prediction, or follow-up answer. Life events, timing, and outcomes described in your report are not guaranteed in any way.
5. Payments
Reports are unlocked through a one-time payment via Razorpay, at the price shown at the time of purchase. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. Because each report is generated and delivered instantly and digitally, payments are generally non-refundable once a report has been successfully generated and unlocked, except where required by law or in cases of a genuine technical failure to deliver your report.
6. Your Responsibilities
- You confirm that any birth details you enter are your own, or that you have permission to enter them on someone else's behalf.
- You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to use this app.
- You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to overload, scrape, or abuse the report-generation or payment systems.
7. Content Restrictions We Apply
We instruct the AI not to include remedies, name specific religions or deities, predict death or serious illness, or state medical/legal/financial claims as fact. While we take reasonable steps to enforce this, AI systems do not always follow instructions perfectly, and we cannot guarantee every report will be fully free of such content.
8. Intellectual Property
The app's design, branding, and code are owned by us. The report generated for you is yours to keep, download, and use personally.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make, or any outcome you experience, based on a report generated by this app. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
