AstroTalky is a fully AI-powered service. All astrology readings, reports, and predictions are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o) based on classical Vedic astrology principles. No human astrologer is involved in generating your responses. We do not sell physical products, remedies, gemstones, yantras, or any religious goods or services of any kind.

1 Who We Are

AstroTalky ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered Vedic astrology service delivered exclusively through WhatsApp. We are operated as an independent digital service. Our WhatsApp number is +91 97792 81994.

By messaging us on WhatsApp and using our service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2 Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide you with personalised astrology readings:

WhatsApp phone number — provided automatically when you message us
Name — the name you tell us during setup
Date of birth — required to generate your birth chart
Time of birth — used for accurate Lagna and Ascendant calculation
Place of birth — used for planetary position calculations
Chat messages — your questions and our AI-generated replies, stored to maintain conversation context
Payment information — processed entirely by Razorpay; we only store payment status and plan type, never card or bank details

            We do not collect your gender (unless you voluntarily share it for Match Making), email address, location, or any device information.
        

3 How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

Generate personalised AI astrology readings and reports based on your birth details
Maintain your conversation history so the AI understands the context of your questions
Process payments and unlock paid features through Razorpay
Send you service-related messages on WhatsApp (payment confirmations, report ready notifications)
Improve the quality and accuracy of our AI responses (in aggregate, non-identifiable form only)

We do not use your data for targeted advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose other than providing the AstroTalky service.

4 What We Do Not Sell or Offer

AstroTalky does not sell, recommend, or arrange any of the following:

— Puja, havan, yajna, or any religious ceremony or ritual
— Mantra recitation services or tantric remedies
— Lal Kitab totkas involving the purchase of physical items
— "Guaranteed" solutions, spells, or black magic removal services
— Any religious, spiritual, or occult products or services of any nature

Any information about remedies mentioned in AI responses is purely educational and informational, based on classical Vedic texts. We receive no commission or benefit from any remedy-related activity.

5 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate AstroTalky:

OpenAI (USA) — your birth details and questions are sent to OpenAI's GPT-4o API to generate AI responses. OpenAI's privacy policy applies: openai.com/privacy

All three providers are industry-standard services with their own privacy compliance obligations. We do not share your data with any other party.

6 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect your information. Sensitive settings such as API keys are encrypted at rest.

Your conversation history is retained to enable contextual AI responses. If you wish to delete your data, message us on WhatsApp with the word "DELETE MY DATA" and we will remove your records within 7 working days.

AstroTalky is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are under 18, please do not use our service without parental consent.
