1 Acceptance of Terms

By messaging AstroTalky on WhatsApp (+91 97792 81994) and using any feature of our service — including free questions, paid plans, Kundali reports, Full Year Reports, and Match Making reports — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2 Nature of the Service — AI Only

AstroTalky is an artificial intelligence (AI) based service. The following apply at all times:

All responses are generated by OpenAI GPT-4o using classical Vedic astrology frameworks as a reference
No licensed human astrologer, jyotishi, or pandit reviews, approves, or is responsible for any response
Predictions, interpretations, and guidance are probabilistic outputs of an AI model — they are not absolute truths
The AI cannot and does not guarantee accuracy of any statement it makes
Astrology itself is not a scientifically proven system — use our service with this understanding

Important: AstroTalky responses must not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions including but not limited to: marriage, career change, financial investment, medical treatment, legal matters, or travel. Always seek qualified professional advice for such matters.

3 What We Do Not Sell or Provide

5 Free & Paid Plans

AstroTalky offers the following service tiers:

Free tier — 5 AI-generated astrology questions at no cost. No payment required.
Pack 30 (₹49) — 30 additional AI questions. One-time purchase. Does not expire.
Pack 100 (₹149) — 100 AI questions. One-time purchase. Does not expire.
Kundali Report (₹99) — One-time AI-generated Vedic birth chart PDF report.
Full Year Report (₹89) — One-time AI-generated 12-month forecast PDF report.
Match Making Report (₹59) — One-time AI-generated Kundali Milan compatibility PDF report.

6 Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. AstroTalky does not store or process card or bank details directly.

Payment links are valid for 3 days from generation
Payments are non-transferable between users or phone numbers
Duplicate payments made in error are subject to the refund policy below

7 Refund Policy

Given the nature of AI-generated digital content, our refund policy is as follows:

One-time reports (Kundali, Full Year, Match Making): No refund once the PDF report has been generated and delivered via WhatsApp
Pack 30: If no questions have been used, a full refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment
Monthly plan: No refund once the plan is activated and any question has been answered
Technical failure: If a report fails to generate due to a system error on our side, we will either regenerate the report or issue a full refund within 7 working days

Refund requests must be made by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 97792 81994 within the timeframe specified above.

8 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use AstroTalky for:

Requesting predictions related to causing harm to yourself or others
Asking for black magic, curse removal, or anything related to occult harm

We reserve the right to block users who violate these conditions without notice or refund.

9 Disclaimer of Liability

AstroTalky and its operators shall not be liable for:

Any decision made by you based on AI-generated astrology content
Financial loss, emotional distress, or any other damage arising from reliance on our service
Inaccuracies in AI-generated responses — all content is provided "as is" without warranty
Service interruptions due to WhatsApp downtime, OpenAI API downtime, or payment gateway issues
Consequences of sharing your personal birth details with our service
